15/02/07 (US): HIV: Court Agrees Expert’s ‘Late Seroconversion’ Claim   An appeal court has rejected a hospital's contention that a health worker did not contract HIV during the course of her work simply because she tested negative 17 months after the incident.

26/01/07 (UK): Software Company Fails To Prove Case  A dispute between two software houses remains unresolved after the Court of Appeal refused to rule that one company definitely did not copy the other's software. However, the ruling does not mean that copying did take place.


25/01/07 (US): 15 Years Inside - Now DNA Frees Prisoner  Fifteen years to the day after he was convicted of a brutal murder, Roy Brown, 46, was ordered released from prison because DNA tests proved he did not commit the crime.
