Many of our experts are involved in delivering lectures to solicitors, and X-Pro is an approved Law Society External Provider of CPD points for that purpose. Loosely titled 'Understanding The Expert', the lecturer will give useful information to solicitors about their particular expertise and how they may be able to help them in civil, family or criminal cases. We try to tailor each lecture to suit the audience and each session carries 2.5 CPD points.

Furthermore, the lecture will include details of legal obligations upon solicitors when instructing experts, and advice will be given on how solicitors can avoid common mistakes, as well as how to get the best from their chosen expert.

We believe that these lectures offer a uniquie opportunity for lawyers to not only gain a useful insight into the work of expert witnesses but also improve upon their instructions, thereby maximising the use of this indipensable resource.
